Responsibilities: Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Others or equivalent. At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Will be responsible for site selection, negotiation and market evaluation Must have experience in data gathering, market viability assessments and financial analysis Must be willing to travel anywhere in the Philippines for certain periods within the year Must be people oriented and have exposure in dealing with various sectors of the government Able to work independently to achieve goals Must have excellent negotiation skills Has high level of integrity 2 Full time positions available
