Responsibilities:

Conduct geographical analysis of the entire Philippines focusing on the following:
a. Population
b. SEC and family size
c. Age group
d. Disposable income
e. Employment and Inflation rates
f. Educational profile of population
g. GDP per geography and main source of livelihood
h. Number of motor vehicles, both private and public
i. Commercial establishments and student population

Conduct an analysis of the fast food industry by geographical location:
a. McDonalds presence and competitors in each trading area
b. Customer profile and their disposal income
c. Future developments and upcoming industry players
d. SWOT analysis of each of the competitors
e. Regular monitoring of the competitors real estate development initiatives..where are they opening, what kind of restaurant are they opening

Prepare a comprehensive mini market analysis and trading area diagnostics to identify future potential growth areas for McDonalds restaurants

Prepare a market assessment and potential of additional McDonalds stores in the existing areas or new areas that will be identified in the mini market analysis

Responsible for the market Profit Market Optimization (PMO) project, including the Trading Area Surveys that will be conducted in each of the existing sites and future sites impact to existing sites.

Prepare an analysis of existing restaurant portfolio to identify additional opportunities to increase profits involving store sale to Franchisees, store closures, additional new stores within the existing McDonalds stores based in analysis of stores profitability and impact to the other stores.

Generate prioritization of mini markets in order for REO to focus on strategic areas based on comprehensive market analysis, using the various analytical tools.

Conduct actual verification and validation procedures with real estate developers, government or non government agencies on various information of existing mini markets and future development in the mini markets.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management, Others or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Business Development or Market Research.
Has had experience conducting research on Real Estate & Retail Site Selection.
Has the ability to provide management with suggestions/forecast of areas/sites that will be profitable for business.
